I cannot recommend getting your greens in enough. All of the brilliant micronutrients are so important for your body, not to mention how much better you feel after consuming them! The super greens I use and take daily are from Rheal- purchasing them from Well Easy is far cheaper and you can get great discounts! Use my code THELAZYLOWFODMAP – £10 off when you spend £50! I have also found that this particular brand- Rheal- has helped me not only with my energy levels throughout the day, but has also helped me with my digestion. This is an excellent problem for us with IBS, and is so easy, delicious and fun to incorporate into meals and drinks.

It is super important that you only microwave your supergreen oats for 1 minute. This is because you do not want to get the Rheal Clean Greens powder too hot, as this destroys and deactivates the amazing active ingredients that give you all those great health benefits! So, by only microwaving for 1 minute, you warm up the oats enough that they absorb your almond milk or water, but not too hot for the greens!
