This pretty hormone balance porridge bowl is a really great way to boost your nutritional intake! With an abundance of natural ingredients, this porridge bowl is so great to start off your day. I love making this as overnight oats to take with me to work in the morning. It is such a bright and vibrant bowl, that has active ingredients that encourage balance in your body- to find out more about this, check out the official Rheal website. I’m obsessed with making this bowl, it’s simply delicious!
I really enjoy adding flax and chia seeds into my oats mix because it helps create a firmer texture. It also ups the healthy fat content of this porridge bowl, meaning I will be kept full and satiated for longer. Healthy fats also help you digest and absorb nutrients in the meal you are eating- so they are perfect for this bowl where we are packing in an abundance of nutritionally dense ingredients. Healthy fats are also really good for hair, skin, nails and for your immune system. Healthy fats also help to build muscle and repair, which pairs great with the protein powder in this delicious bowl of oats!
