This recipe is packed with an abundance of nutrient dense ingredients that are sure to make you feel full of energy! Additionally, with the protein, this smoothie has the ability to keep you fuller for longer, and will make you feel more satisfied overall.

Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)

  • 1 gutfulness roasted peanut protein bar
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 tsp Rheal superfoods super green powder
  • 1/2 scoop vegan low FODMAP vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup water

Method:

Step 1: add all your ingredients into your blender. Alternatively, add them to a plastic jug (if using a hand blender).

Step 2: blend!
